A few useful details

What is a reporting account?

One connected store. Store covers one store; Agency brings multiple client stores into a shared portfolio. Staff and client logins do not count as reporting accounts.

How is the Store price determined?

Store starts at $199/month and scales with total monthly store revenue. Choose your revenue band at checkout. Stores over $1m/month receive a custom quote.

What is the Agency minimum?

Agency is $50 per account per month, with a 10-account minimum. Production upgrades have no minimum quantity.

Can I mix reporting and Production accounts?

Yes. Enable Production for any individual store for an additional $149/month. Every upgraded store keeps its reporting account. Other stores remain reporting-only.

What does Production include?

40 AI-designed emails and 100 additional Studio images per store each month, plus AI campaign planning. Email images are included with the email. Two full regenerations per email are included; later full regenerations use another email unit.

What happens when an allowance runs out?

That generation feature pauses until its monthly reset. Reporting, client portals, existing content and splicing remain available. Allowances stay with each Production store and do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges.

Is there a Free plan?

No. Choose Store or Agency to use Wizel. Contact us if you need help evaluating the product.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing is paid upfront with a 15% discount. Production allowances still reset monthly.
