Does it only work with Figma?
No — any flat PNG or JPG. Figma, Canva, Sketch or Photoshop. No plugin or layer naming required.
What happens when the AI puts a cut in the wrong place?
Drag it. Every cut, column, link and alt-text field is editable before publishing. Re-cutting and editing are included.
Is splicing included in my plan?
Agency includes unlimited Figma/Canva splicing and publishing of your imported designs, with no separate splice charge. Store doesn't include the splicer. If splicing is all you need, Splicer is $29 a month on its own.
Can I buy the splicer on its own?
Yes. Splicer is $29 a month for unlimited spliced emails, across as many Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Omnisend accounts as you like. It includes 60 credits a month. An AI splice, where the AI finds the cuts in your design, uses 2 credits, so that covers 30 a month. Top-ups cover more, and cutting by hand is always free. It doesn't include reporting, AI chat or AI email creation — Store and Agency do — but you can see 90 days of email numbers for up to 3 clients, free for 14 days.
Do I need to be an agency to use it?
No. Splicer is for anyone who only needs splicing, a brand or an agency. Agency includes it for a client portfolio (it starts at 3 accounts). Store doesn't include the splicer.
