What is an AI-built email?
A complete campaign draft built around your brief, selected products and brand: the copy, imagery, layout and shopping buttons. You can review and edit it in the email builder before publishing.
Are the images included?
Yes. A complete email uses 60 credits, including its generated images. Standalone image generation uses 4 credits per image from the same balance.
How does the 15-email Agency allowance work?
Agency includes 5 emails per client account each month. At the 3-account minimum, that is 15 emails in one shared balance. Allocate it across your clients as needed; it is not a separate limit for each client.
Can I change the draft before it goes out?
Yes. Edit the copy, imagery, product links and layout in the builder, then preview the result. Creating a draft does not send it to your customers. You choose when to publish and schedule it.
What happens when I use my allowance?
Your included allowance resets monthly. You can buy a top-up from Billing if you need more; purchased credits do not expire while your account is open, and the monthly allowance is spent first. An active paid plan is required to use purchased credits. Included reporting and AI chat keep working at zero, and so do Agency's splicing and client portals.
How is this different from splicing?
AI-built emails start with your products and brief, and create the campaign design for you. Splicing starts with a design you already made in Figma, Canva or another tool, and turns it into linked email sections. Splicer includes splicing only; Store and Agency include an AI email allowance too.
