An automated email sequence in Klaviyo triggered by customer behaviour — abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.
Definition
A Klaviyo flow is an automated, behaviour-triggered email (or SMS) sequence configured inside Klaviyo. Unlike a campaign, which is a one-off scheduled send to a segment, a flow runs continuously for any customer who meets its trigger criteria.
Common Klaviyo flows include: welcome series (triggered when a profile joins a list), abandoned cart (triggered when a customer adds to cart but doesn't check out), browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back (triggered when a customer hasn't purchased in N days), VIP, and replenishment.
Examples
How Wizel handles it
Wizel architects, writes, and ships Klaviyo flows for you. The Wizel team or AI proposes the flow structure (triggers, branches, time delays), drafts every email in your brand voice, generates branded imagery, and pushes the flow into your Klaviyo account ready for activation.
