Do I have to leave Klaviyo?
No. Klaviyo stays your send engine, with the lists, flows, and deliverability you've built. Wizel sits on top as strategist, designer, and analyst.
Does it work with Omnisend?
Yes, for design. Wizel builds your emails and publishes them to Omnisend as templates. Reporting and planning need a Klaviyo account.
Will it look and sound like my brand?
Yes. Wizel reads your store before it writes a word: voice, palette, fonts, catalog, and the emails you've already sent. Every image is made from your own products, never stock, and is yours to use anywhere.
Does anything send without me?
Never. Wizel drafts each campaign, and you approve, edit, or bin it. Nothing goes out until you say so.
Is my data safe?
Yes. You connect Shopify and Klaviyo through their own sign-in screens, so no password or API key changes hands, and you can revoke access any time. Wizel doesn't use your content or customer data to train its models.
Does it handle flows, or just campaigns?
Both. Wizel writes and designs the emails in your Klaviyo flows, from the welcome series to win-back. For campaigns, it sorts your customers into 32 groups so each send reaches the people it suits.
